Introduction

  • Why Harassment Occurs: Factors contributing to harassment, including power dynamics, biases, and organizational culture.

Module 2: Legal and Organizational Policies

  • Legal Frameworks: Overview of local and international laws, including anti-harassment regulations and employee rights.
  • Organizational Policies: Review company policies, codes of conduct, and the role of HR in enforcing them.
  • Confidentiality and Reporting: Rights to confidentiality and available reporting procedures.

Module 3: Identifying Sexual Harassment

  • Recognizing Harassment: Identifying verbal, physical, and online harassment behaviors.
